The R&D center of Liaoning Victory Fire-Retardant Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2024. It has experimental bases in Shenyang and Kuandian. These bases include four synthesis laboratories, two analysis laboratories and a pilot production workshop. Currently, there are 17 full-time R&D personnel, and five R&D projects have been set up respectively for the fields of rubber, plastic, electronics and medicine.
